I Can't Find My Tickets!
Use the resend link to instantly re-send your confirmation email with tickets, or email us if the order can't be found.
If you never received an email with your tickets or lost your email, you can visit the link below to instantly resend your confirmation email and tickets.
Please note this only resends tickets for future dates or valid presale voucher codes. Make sure to check your spam or promotions folder.
Order Not Found?
If the automated resend form says your order can't be found, don't panic — 99% of the time this means there was a typo in your email at checkout. Email info@fearcolumbus.com with your full name and the email you believe was used. We will find your order and resend it once we correct the email.
If Your Arrival Time Is Approaching
You can simply arrive at the event and we can look up your order via your email or phone number.
Please note: not receiving your email or a response before your scheduled Arrival Time is not grounds for a refund. If your card was charged, we will find your order on site — even if someone else purchased the tickets, as long as you can provide their email and phone number.
