If you lost anything while visiting Fear Columbus, we will do our best to quickly find and return your item.
Step 1: Fill Out the Lost Item Form
The Lost Item Form — submitting this form immediately notifies our management team and key event staff. It is much faster than reporting the item in the store.
What Happens Next
For the safety of our guests and staff, we cannot actively look for lost items inside the haunted houses while the attraction is operational. At the end of each night our team searches the attractions for your item. We make no guarantees, but we do find 90% of lost items.
When completing the form, make sure your contact information is correct so we can reach you. If you lost a cell phone, please leave an alternative phone number we can use to contact you.
