How Do I Use a Promo Code or Redeem a Voucher?
Enter your code in the Discount Code field during checkout and click Apply. Presale voucher codes are redeemed the same way.
Promo codes and presale voucher codes are both applied during checkout. Here is how:
- Go to the Buy Tickets page and select your date.
- Choose your ticket type and Arrival Time, then continue.
- Enter your contact and billing information.
- On the checkout step, find the Discount Code field, enter all of your codes, and click Apply.
- To use more than one code, enter the next code in the "Add another code" field and click Apply again.
Presale "Buy Now, Pick Date Later" Vouchers
If you purchased a presale voucher, you will receive a voucher code by email. Redeem it the same way above by entering the code at checkout, then select any available date for the season your voucher is valid.
If you can not find your email with your voucher codes you can simply Lookup Your Order Here
If a code will not apply, double check that it is valid for the date and ticket type you selected. Some codes are limited to specific dates or ticket types.
