What If I'm Running Late?
You have a 15-minute grace window after your Arrival Time. If you can't make it, reschedule to another date or time right from your confirmation email.
Your ticket has an Arrival Time. This is the time you enter the front gate and join the waiting line. You are allowed to arrive up to 15 minutes before or after your selected Arrival Time.
If You'll Miss Your Window
If you know you cannot make your Arrival Time, you can reschedule to a different date or time as long as availability remains. Click the "Manage Order" button toward the bottom of your confirmation email and no login is required. You'll pay the difference if you move to a more expensive date or time.
