How Do I Upgrade My Tickets?
Email us with your name, email, and order number and we'll upgrade your tickets subject to availability.
To upgrade your tickets, email info@fearcolumbus.com with your name, email, and order number. Our team will be happy to upgrade your tickets as long as availability allows. Please allow 1 business day for us to process an upgrade.
We cannot hold inventory based on the time you send the email — we check availability when processing your request. Availability of upgrades to Fast Pass or Immediate Access is not guaranteed.
