• Pull up your QR code before arriving — open your confirmation email or log in to My Orders. Having it ready before you reach the gate speeds things up.
• Maximize screen brightness — a bright screen makes the QR code easier to scan, especially in low-light conditions.
• Hold your phone steady in front of the scanner — keep it about 6–12 inches from the device and hold still until it reads.
• Wait for the green confirmation — green means you're checked in. Red means the ticket is invalid or has already been used — speak with staff immediately.

Tips:

• Screenshot your QR code in advance (recommended) — if cell service is poor at the venue, having the screenshot saved ensures you can still get in.
