My Ticket QR Code Was Already Scanned or Is Showing as Invalid — Each Zentix QR code is unique and can only be scanned once — if yours shows as already used or invalid at the gate, speak with event staff immediately.

I Entered the Wrong Email Address at Checkout — If you entered the wrong email at checkout, your order still exists — go to zentix.com/manage and enter the phone number you used at checkout to retrieve your tickets.
I Didn't Receive My Confirmation Email — Confirmation emails are sent within a few minutes of purchase — if yours hasn't arrived, check your spam folder and look up your order at zentix.com/manage.
Can I Cancel My Tickets or Get a Refund? — All ticket sales on Zentix are final — tickets are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
