How to Redeem Your Voucher
If you bought a presale voucher, this page walks you through how to turn it into your actual tickets.
A voucher is not a ticket. You can't bring a voucher code straight to the event and get in with it. First you redeem the voucher for a specific date and arrival time. Once you do that, you'll get your real tickets with scannable barcodes, and those are what you bring to the event.
We recommend redeeming early. Popular dates and times can fill up, and redeeming sooner gives you the best chance at the date you want.
Step-by-step
- Find your voucher codes in your purchase confirmation email. If you can't find it, check your spam and promotions folders and search your inbox for "Zentix." You can also visit zentix.com/manage to look up your order by email or phone.
- Visit the event website directly or wait for an email or sms from the venue closer to when the event is taking place.
- Select the date you want to attend.
- Choose the same ticket type you bought your voucher for. You can upgrade to a higher tier if you want, and you'll just pay the price difference.
- Select the number of tickets that matches the number of vouchers you're redeeming. If you want to use some vouchers for a different day or time, place a separate order for that date.
- If you want, you can add extra tickets to the order at full price.
- Select your arrival time.
- Go to checkout. At the payment step, use your voucher codes each as a coupon code to the order.
- Enter each voucher code one at a time, pressing "Apply" after each one.
- Check your order total before finishing. It should be $0.00, or the correct amount if you upgraded or added full-price tickets. Refunds aren't given for mistakes or incorrect orders, so do not enter your card info unless you added extra tickets or upgraded.
- Click "Complete Booking."
After you finish, check your email for the new confirmation. Bring that new confirmation to the event. Your original presale email won't work at the gate.
FAQ
My code isn't working. The most common cause is mixing up similar-looking characters, like the letter "O" and the number "0." The safest fix is to copy and paste the code straight from your confirmation email instead of typing it.
I can't find my voucher codes. Your codes were sent to you when you completed your presale purchase. Open that email and scroll down to see the full list. Check your spam and promotions folders and search your inbox for "Zentix." If you still can't find it, go to zentix.com/manage to look up your order by email or phone.
Why was I charged again? The only way your card gets charged during redemption is if you enter your card info without applying your voucher codes. Always enter your codes and confirm the cart total is $0.00 before completing the order. If something looks off, contact customer support before you finish your order. Support can help you redeem, but they can't issue refunds for completed orders.
A note on support. Customer support can answer questions and help you through redemption, but they can't redeem the tickets for you. For security reasons, we can't help with ticketing issues through social media comments or messages, so please reach out through your venue's support email.
