Is the Waiting Area Inside or Outside?

The entry queue and waiting area at 13th Floor Phoenix is outdoors. Arizona nights can be cool in October, so we recommend dressing in layers. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are also strongly encouraged — heels and flip-flops are not recommended as they tend to end up in our lost and found.
