13th Floor Chicago is an accessible attraction. While we can and will work to accommodate all guests, our attraction does include dark, tight spaces that may affect the experience for some customers. We offer bypasses for these sections — please ask our event staff or security upon your arrival and we will help you make the most of your experience.
