What can I do if I am running late for my time slot?

Guests who are running late can reschedule their tickets directly from their confirmation email before their time slot passes.

In your ticket confirmation email, you will find a button labeled "Manage Your Order." Click that button and follow the prompts to change your date or time, subject to availability.

Please note that there may be a price difference when selecting certain dates or time slots. If you select a more expensive option, you will be prompted to pay the difference before completing the reschedule.

To reschedule, visit zentix.com/manage, log in with the email used at purchase, and select your order to choose a new date or time. Rescheduling is subject to availability — if you move to a higher-priced date or time slot you'll be charged the difference. Tickets cannot be rescheduled to a future season or event.
