Can I Change the Date or Time of My Tickets?
Yes — use the "Manage My Order" link in your confirmation email to self-service reschedule your 13th Floor San Antonio tickets.
Yes, rescheduling is available as a self-service option. Open your ticket confirmation email and click "Manage My Order," then select "Reschedule" to choose a new date or time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed before your original event date. If you have trouble with the reschedule tool, contact help@13thfloorsanantonio.com.
To reschedule, visit zentix.com/manage, log in with the email used at purchase, and select your order to choose a new date or time. Rescheduling is subject to availability — if you move to a higher-priced date or time slot you'll be charged the difference. Tickets cannot be rescheduled to a future season or event.
