13th Floor San Antonio reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest at any time.
Yes. We do not allow foul language, obscene behavior, weapons, alcohol, drugs, or any other prohibited items on the premises. Mistreating any performer or staff member will result in immediate removal. 13th Floor Haunted House and Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest at any time. Guests who are denied entry or removed will not receive a refund.
