I Did Not Receive My Ticket Confirmation Email
Check your spam folder first — if your confirmation still isn't there, look up your order at zentix.com/manage.
Confirmation emails are sent immediately after purchase. If you haven't received yours, check your spam or junk folder and search for an email from 13th Floor San Antonio or Zentix. If it's still missing, look up your tickets at zentix.com/manage using the email address you purchased with. If you still can't locate your order, contact help@13thfloorsanantonio.com.
