13th Floor San Antonio Presale Voucher Redemption

Presale vouchers for 13th Floor San Antonio 2026 will open for redemption on August 19th, 2026. This is the date you will be able to select your date and time of your visit using your voucher codes if you purchased during the presale.

You will receive an SMS and Email reminder on this date but you can also return to this page for the direct link to redeem your vouchers.

Where do I enter my voucher code?

Right now, there is nowhere to enter your voucher code yet — and nothing is wrong with your code. The redemption checkout does not open until August 19, 2026, so you cannot enter your code anywhere before that date.

When redemption opens on August 19, you will receive an SMS and email with the direct redemption link, and here is how it will work:

1. Open the redemption link and select your desired date and arrival time.
2. Select the same number of each ticket type that you purchased vouchers for.
3. At checkout, where it says "Enter Discount Code", enter one voucher code, and select Apply. Repeat for each additional code.
4. Your total should show $0.00 (or the correct remaining amount if you added extras) — then complete your checkout.

Your voucher codes are in your original order confirmation email. Each code is redeemable for one ticket of the same type.
