What Is the Refund Policy?
All 13th Floor San Antonio ticket sales are final — no refunds or exchanges are offered.
All ticket sales are final. 13th Floor San Antonio does not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including change of plans, illness, or personal emergencies. If you are unable to attend on your ticketed date, you may be able to reschedule using the self-service option in your confirmation email — click "Manage My Order" and select "Reschedule." Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed prior to your original event date.
If you're unable to make your date, you may be able to reschedule to a different available date or time at zentix.com/manage. Rescheduling is subject to availability, a price difference may apply for higher-demand dates, and tickets cannot be rescheduled to a future season or event.
