Can we be denied access?
13th Floor Houston reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest for any reason.
Yes. We do not allow foul language, obscene behavior, weapons, alcohol, drugs, or any other illicit objects on the premises. Thirteenth Floor and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse admittance to anybody for any reason. Guests who are denied entry will not receive a refund.
