What can I do if I am running late for my time slot?

Guests who are running late can reschedule their tickets directly from their confirmation email.

In your ticket confirmation email, you will find a button labeled "Manage My Order." Click that button and follow the prompts to change your date or time, subject to availability.

Please note that there may be a price difference when selecting certain dates or time slots. If you select a more expensive option, you will be prompted to pay the difference before completing the reschedule.

To reschedule, visit zentix.com/manage, log in with the email used at purchase, and select your order to choose a new date or time. Rescheduling is subject to availability — if you move to a higher-priced date or time slot you'll be charged the difference. Tickets cannot be rescheduled to a future season or event.
