Can I Cancel My Tickets?

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds. However, you can reschedule your tickets to a different date or time during the event, subject to availability. You cannot reschedule to a future event.

To reschedule, look for the "Manage My Order" button in your ticket confirmation email and follow the prompts. Note that there may be a price increase when selecting certain dates and time slots, and you will be required to pay the difference if applicable.
