If you lost an item during your visit, contact our team with a description of the item and the date you attended. Found items are held for 30 days. Please do not stop or turn around inside the attraction to search for dropped items — notify a staff member and we'll do our best to retrieve it after your walkthrough. 13th Floor Jacksonville is not responsible for lost or stolen items, so we recommend leaving valuables at home or securing them before entering.
