What Is the Refund Policy?
All Magic of the Jack O'Lanterns Denver ticket sales are final — no refunds, exchanges, or rain checks. Rescheduling to a different date or time is allowed, subject to availability, via the self-service portal or zentix.com/manage.
All ticket sales for Magic of the Jack O'Lanterns Denver are final — no refunds, exchanges, or rain checks are available under any circumstances.
We understand this may feel like a tough policy, but it allows us to plan and deliver the best possible experience for all guests. Here's what you need to know:
- No refunds: Ticket purchases cannot be refunded for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or change of plans
- Rain or shine: The event operates in all weather conditions — it is an outdoor experience and will not be cancelled due to rain
- No rain checks: If you choose not to attend due to weather, no compensation or credit is provided
- Rescheduling IS available: subject to availability, you can move your tickets to a different date or time using the self-service portal in your confirmation email or at zentix.com/manage. Tickets cannot be rescheduled after the final night of the season on November 1, 2026.
If you can't make your night, reschedule ahead of time instead of skipping — unused tickets expire after November 1, 2026. If you have additional questions, please contact us at denverhelp@magicofthejackolanterns.com.
