I Did Not Receive My Dark Harbor Ticket Confirmation
Check your spam folder first — if your confirmation still isn't there, manage your order at darkharborhalloween.com/manage/ or email help@darkharborhalloween.com.
If you did not receive your Dark Harbor order confirmation email, start by checking your spam or junk mail folder — confirmation emails sometimes end up there.
Here are the steps to locate your tickets:
- Check your spam/junk folder: Search for an email from Dark Harbor or from the email address used at checkout. Look in spam, junk, and promotions folders.
- Manage your order online: Visit darkharborhalloween.com/manage/ to look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. You can retrieve and re-send your tickets directly from this page.
- Check the email address used: Make sure you are searching the correct email inbox — it is common to accidentally use a different email address at checkout.
- Contact support: If you have checked your spam folder and used the order management page and still cannot locate your tickets, contact the Dark Harbor team:
