Here is what you need to know about the refund policy:
- No refunds: All ticket sales are final. Dark Harbor does not offer refunds for any reason, including weather (the event runs rain or shine).
- No exchanges: Tickets cannot be exchanged for different dates, ticket types, or other events.
- Rescheduling: Some ticket types may offer date-change options. Check your original order confirmation email for details, or visit darkharborhalloween.com/manage/ to review your order options.

If you're unable to make your date, you may be able to reschedule to a different available date or time at zentix.com/manage. Rescheduling is subject to availability, a price difference may apply for higher-demand dates, and tickets cannot be rescheduled to a future season or event.
