How to Redeem Your Voucher

If you bought a presale voucher, this page walks you through how to turn it into your actual tickets.

A voucher is not a ticket. You can't bring a voucher code straight to the event and get in with it. First you redeem the voucher for a specific date and arrival time. Once you do that, you'll get your real tickets with scannable barcodes, and those are what you bring to the event.

We recommend redeeming early. Popular dates and times can fill up, and redeeming sooner gives you the best chance at the date you want.

When can I redeem?

Presale voucher redemption is NOW OPEN for the 2026 Halloween season at: Dark Harbor · 13th Floor Denver · 13th Floor Phoenix · Fear Farm · House of Torment · Nashville Nightmare · Festival Fright Nights at the Winchester · LA Haunted Hayride · 13th Floor Chicago · 13th Floor Houston · 13th Floor Jacksonville · 13th Floor San Antonio · New Orleans Nightmare · Terror on the Fox.

If you purchased vouchers for one of these locations, you can redeem right now — check the SMS and email you received for your direct redemption link, or visit your location's help page for details.

Magic of the Jack-O-Lanterns (Denver and Los Angeles) and Twin Cities Fear Fest: redemption opens August 26, 2026. Until then there is nowhere to enter voucher codes for these locations — nothing is wrong with your code.

Dark Harbor vouchers are not valid on the blackout dates of 10/10, 10/17, or 10/24.

Step-by-step

1. Find your voucher codes in your purchase confirmation email. If you can't find it, check your spam and promotions folders and search your inbox for "Zentix." You can also visit zentix.com/manage to look up your order by email or phone.
2. Open the redemption link from the SMS or email your venue sent you. If you can't find it, check spam/promotions, or visit your event's website — redemption for the locations listed above is open now.
3. Select the date you want to attend.
4. Choose the same ticket type you bought your voucher for.
5. Select the number of tickets that matches the number of vouchers you're redeeming. If you want to use some vouchers for a different day or time, place a separate order for that date.
6. If you want, you can add extra tickets to the order at full price.
7. Select your arrival time.
8. Go to checkout. At the payment step, use your voucher codes each as a coupon code to the order.
9. Enter each voucher code one at a time, pressing "Apply" after each one.
10. Check your order total before finishing. It should be $0.00, or the correct amount if you upgraded or added full-price tickets. Refunds aren't given for mistakes or incorrect orders, so do not enter your card info unless you added extra tickets or upgraded.
11. Click "Complete Booking."

After you finish, check your email for the new confirmation. Bring that new confirmation to the event. Your original presale email won't work at the gate.

FAQ

When does redemption open? It's open now for all 2026 Halloween-season locations listed above (as of August 19, 2026), except Magic of the Jack-O-Lanterns Denver and Los Angeles and Twin Cities Fear Fest, which open August 26, 2026.

My code isn't working. The most common cause is mixing up similar-looking characters, like the letter "O" and the number "0." The safest fix is to copy and paste the code straight from your confirmation email instead of typing it.

I can't find my voucher codes. Your codes were sent to you when you completed your presale purchase. Open that email and scroll down to see the full list. Check your spam and promotions folders and search your inbox for "Zentix." If you still can't find it, go to zentix.com/manage to look up your order by email or phone.

Why was I charged again? The only way your card gets charged during redemption is if you enter your card info without applying your voucher codes. Always enter your codes and confirm the cart total is $0.00 before completing the order. If something looks off, contact customer support before you finish your order. Support can help you redeem, but they can't issue refunds for completed orders.
