Can I Transfer or Exchange My Delusion Ticket?
Delusion tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for a new date, but they are fully transferable to another person.
Delusion tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for a different date, but they are fully transferable — you may give or sell your ticket to another person.
Here's what you can and cannot do with your Delusion tickets:
- Transfer (allowed): You may give or sell your ticket to any other person. The new ticket holder simply presents the ticket at entry in your place.
- Refund (not allowed): Tickets cannot be refunded for any reason.
- Date exchange (not allowed): Tickets cannot be switched to a different show date or time.
How to Transfer Your Ticket:
Tickets are managed through Tixr. Log in to your Tixr account to access your tickets and follow the transfer process available in your order. If you need assistance with a transfer, contact Tixr support or reach out to us at help@enterdelusion.com.
Because tickets cannot be exchanged for another date, please be certain of your availability before purchasing. All sales are final.
If you're unable to make your date, you may be able to reschedule to a different available date or time at zentix.com/manage. Rescheduling is subject to availability, a price difference may apply for higher-demand dates, and tickets cannot be rescheduled to a future season or event.
