What Is the Refund Policy for Delusion?
All Delusion ticket sales are final — no refunds or exchanges — but tickets are transferable to another person.
All Delusion ticket sales are final — there are no refunds or date exchanges — but your tickets are fully transferable to another person if you cannot attend.
Please review this policy carefully before purchasing:
- No refunds: Tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind
- No exchanges: Tickets cannot be exchanged for a different date or show time
- Transferable: If you can no longer attend, you may give or sell your ticket to another person — the new holder can use it in your place
- No entry without ticket: Intoxicated guests will be refused entry without a refund; guests not meeting attire requirements may also be turned away
Because all sales are final, we strongly encourage you to confirm your availability, review all physical requirements, and read through the experience details at enterdelusion.com before completing your purchase.

If you're unable to make your date, you may be able to reschedule to a different available date or time at zentix.com/manage. Rescheduling is subject to availability, a price difference may apply for higher-demand dates, and tickets cannot be rescheduled to a future season or event.
