I Did Not Receive My Delusion Ticket Confirmation
Check your spam folder and log in to your Zentix account to access your tickets — or email help@enterdelusion.com.
If you did not receive a ticket confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder first, then log in to your Zentix account to find your order — or contact us at help@enterdelusion.com.
Delusion tickets are sold and managed through Zentix. Here are the steps to locate your tickets if your confirmation email didn't arrive:
- Step 1 — Check spam/junk: Confirmation emails sometimes land in spam or promotions folders. Search your inbox for "Delusion" or "Zentix."
- Step 2 — Log in to your account: Visit zentix.com and log in with the email address you used to purchase. Your order and tickets will be accessible in your account even without a confirmation email.
- Step 3 — Check your payment: Verify that the purchase was completed and charged on your payment method. If payment went through but you have no order in your account, contact us directly.
- Step 4 — Contact Delusion: If you are still unable to locate your tickets, email us at help@enterdelusion.com or call (855) 235-2867 and we will help you locate your order.
We recommend resolving any ticket issues before the day of your show to ensure smooth check-in.
