What Happens When I Arrive at Delusion?

When you arrive at Delusion, you will check in at the lounge, where all bags, coats, and cell phones must be stored before the play begins.

Here's what to expect from the moment you arrive:

• Parking: If you purchased the Premium Parking add-on (online in advance only), park at FAME Church, 2270 S. Harvard Blvd. Otherwise, paid overflow parking is available at nearby properties on event nights for the same price ($25), paid on site.
• ID Check: All shows are 18+ only. Valid photo ID will be checked at entry for every member of your party.
• Check-in: Present your ticket (digital or printed) at the entrance. Your ticket and QR code are accessible at zentix.com/manage or in your confirmation email.
• The Lounge: All guests enter the lounge area first. This is a social space with themed drinks and music to enjoy before the show.
• Mandatory Bag & Phone Check: ALL bags, coats, and cell phones must be checked in at the lounge before entering the play. These items are stored securely and returned to you after the experience. This is strictly enforced — no exceptions.
• Open World: Before (and after) the play, you are welcome to explore the complimentary Open World free-roam scavenger hunt experience. Photography is permitted in the Open World.
• Timed Entry: Groups of 10 guests maximum are sent in on a timed schedule. Listen for your group's call.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled show time to allow for ID check, check-in, and bag storage. We cannot guarantee accommodation for late arrivals.
