Every Delusion ticket includes the full immersive theatrical play and the complimentary Open World free-roam experience — the VIP Delusionals upgrade additionally includes reserved lounge access, a collectible credential, and the exclusive Devil in the Details behind-the-scenes experience.
General Admission — Included:
- Timed entry to the full ~1-hour immersive theatrical play (Harrowing of Hell in 2025)
- Complimentary Open World free-roam scavenger hunt (available pre- and post-show)
- Access to the lounge area
VIP / Delusionals Upgrade — Everything Above, Plus:
- VIP entrance with a dedicated entry experience
- Reserved seating in the lounge area
- Collectible credential keepsake for the current season
- Devil in the Details: An exclusive behind-the-scenes experience with the character Virgil, available only to VIP guests
What Is Not Included:
- Alcohol (no alcohol is served or permitted on the property)
