Can I Change the Date or Time of My Tickets?
Yes — you can self-service reschedule your tickets using the "Manage My Order" link in your confirmation email.
Yes, rescheduling is available as a self-service option. Open your ticket confirmation email and click "Manage My Order," then select "Reschedule" to choose a new date or time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed before your original event date. If you experience any issues with the reschedule tool, contact us at help@fearfarm.com.
You can also go directly to zentix.com/manage without needing your confirmation email. Note that rescheduling is subject to availability, you'll be charged the difference if the new date costs more, and tickets cannot be rescheduled to a future season or event.
