The Day Of
- What If I Lost an Item During My Visit? — Contact our team with a description and your visit date — found items are held for 30 days.
- Can I Film with Meta Smart Glasses Inside the Attractions? — Filming and recording are not allowed inside the attractions — this includes Meta smart glasses and all other wearable cameras. (Tenant-wide)
- Where Can I Park at Fear Farm? — Fear Farm is located at 1475 N McClintock Dr, Tempe, AZ 85257 — do not rely on GPS business name search.
- Is There Accessible Parking Available? — Guests with accessibility needs should contact us in advance to coordinate their visit.
- Is the Waiting Area Inside or Outside? — Fear Farm has a partial indoor waiting area — on busy nights, the line may extend outdoors.
- What Should I Wear to the Haunt? — Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes for the best experience at Fear Farm.
- Can I Wear a Costume? — Costumes are welcome at Fear Farm, but full-face masks and props are not permitted.
- Are Bags Allowed? — Small bags are permitted at Fear Farm — please keep belongings secure throughout your visit.
- Are Weapons Allowed? — Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at Fear Farm.
- Is There On-Site Storage for My Belongings? — Fear Farm does not offer a dedicated coat check or storage service.
- Is Food or Drink Available at Fear Farm? — Food and drink vendors are available on-site at Fear Farm during event nights.
- Can I Take Photos or Video Inside the Attractions? — Flash photography and video recording are not permitted inside the Fear Farm attractions.
- Are There Rules Inside the Attractions? — All guests must follow Fear Farm's house rules to ensure a safe experience for everyone.
- Are There Strobe Lights, Fog, or Special Effects? — Fear Farm uses intense strobe lights, fog, extreme low visibility, and other special effects throughout its attractions.
- How Long Does the Experience Take? — Fear Farm features multiple haunted house attractions — total time will vary based on how many you visit and crowd levels.
- Are You Open if It's Raining? — Fear Farm is open rain or shine — we're not afraid of the rain, and neither should you be!
- Can I Re-Enter After Leaving Fear Farm? — Please contact Fear Farm directly for current re-entry policy information.
- What Happens If I Want to Exit an Attraction Early? — Staff are stationed throughout each attraction to assist any guest who needs to exit early.
- Is There Security? — Fear Farm has security staff stationed throughout the property to ensure a safe experience for all guests.
- Can We Be Denied Access? — Fear Farm reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest for any reason.
- What Are the Add-On Experiences at Fear Farm? — Fear Farm offers three add-on experiences in addition to the main haunted houses: Field of Fear, Deadshot Alley, and Phobia: Sensory Overload.
Event Day
- Will My Group Go Through Together? — Parties purchased together go through together in groups of 10. Larger pre-purchased groups can usually be kept together — just ask at check-in. (Tenant-wide)
