I Did Not Receive My Ticket Confirmation Email

Check your spam folder first — if your confirmation still isn't there, you can look up your order at zentix.com/manage.

Confirmation emails are sent immediately after purchase. If you haven't received yours, check your spam or junk folder and search for an email from Fear Farm or Zentix. If it's still not there, you can look up your tickets directly at zentix.com/manage using the email address you purchased with. If you continue to have trouble locating your order, contact us at help@fearfarm.com.
