What Is the Refund Policy?

All ticket sales are final. Fear Farm does not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including change of plans, illness, or personal emergencies. If you are unable to attend on your ticketed date, you may be able to reschedule your visit using the self-service option in your confirmation email — click "Manage My Order" and select "Reschedule." Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed prior to your original event date.

You can also go directly to zentix.com/manage without needing your confirmation email. Note that rescheduling is subject to availability, you'll be charged the difference if the new date costs more, and tickets cannot be rescheduled to a future season or event.
