Can I reschedule my tickets?

Tickets can be rescheduled by locating your order online and clicking the reschedule button.

Yes, you can reschedule your tickets subject to availability. To reschedule:

  1. Open your ticket confirmation email and click the "Manage My Order" button, or use the order lookup link on Zentix website. https://zentix.com/manage
  2. Once you have located your tickets, click the Reschedule button and follow the prompts.
  3. Select your new date and time slot.
  4. If the new selection is more expensive, you will be prompted to pay the price difference before completing the reschedule.
