Can I reschedule my tickets?
Tickets can be rescheduled by locating your order online and clicking the reschedule button.
Yes, you can reschedule your tickets subject to availability. To reschedule:
- Open your ticket confirmation email and click the "Manage My Order" button, or use the order lookup link on Zentix website. https://zentix.com/manage
- Once you have located your tickets, click the Reschedule button and follow the prompts.
- Select your new date and time slot.
- If the new selection is more expensive, you will be prompted to pay the price difference before completing the reschedule.
