How Do I Change the Entry Time of My Tickets?
Entry times can be changed through the order lookup link in your confirmation email.
To change your entry time:
- Open your ticket confirmation email and click the "Manage My Order" button, or use the order lookup link. https://zentix.com/manage
- Locate your order and click Reschedule.
- Select your new time slot and follow the prompts.
- If the new time slot is priced higher, you will be prompted to pay the difference before completing the change.
