Can I Change the Date or Time of My Ticket?
Timed Hayride tickets cannot be changed; arrive when the event opens to enjoy mazes and entertainment, and queue for the Hayride up to 15 minutes before your scheduled slot.
Timed Hayride tickets cannot be changed after purchase — all sales are final and no date or time transfers are available.
Here's what you need to know about your timed ticket:
- Timed entry applies only to the Hayride queue. Your ticket time indicates when you should join the Hayride line — not when you must arrive at the event.
- Arrive early and enjoy the rest of the event. When you arrive, you can immediately enter the haunted mazes and enjoy other entertainment on the grounds while you wait for your Hayride time slot.
- Join the Hayride queue 15 minutes before your scheduled time. This ensures you're in position for your slot without waiting longer than necessary.
- No exchanges or reschedules. As all sales are final, ticket times and dates cannot be changed once purchased.

To reschedule, visit zentix.com/manage, log in with the email used at purchase, and select your order to choose a new date or time. Rescheduling is subject to availability — if you move to a higher-priced date or time slot you'll be charged the difference. Tickets cannot be rescheduled to a future season or event.
