- Can I Change the Date or Time of My Ticket? — Timed Hayride tickets cannot be changed; arrive when the event opens to enjoy mazes and entertainment, and queue for the Hayride up to 15 minutes before your scheduled slot.
- What Is Included in My Ticket? — Hayride Only includes just the Hayride ride; General Admission adds all haunted mazes; VIP Fast Pass and Platinum add priority or unlimited skip-the-line access.
