I Did Not Receive My Ticket Confirmation Email
Check your spam folder first — if your confirmation isn't there, look up your order at zentix.com/manage or email denverhelp@magicofthejackolanterns.com.
Don't panic — your tickets are safe! Start by checking your spam or junk folder, as confirmation emails sometimes end up there.
If you completed your purchase but haven't received a confirmation email, follow these steps:
- Step 1 — Check spam/junk: Look in your spam, junk, or promotions folder for an email from Magic of the Jack O'Lanterns or the ticketing platform
- Step 2 — Check the right inbox: Make sure you're checking the email address you used when purchasing
- Step 3 — Look up your order: Visit zentix.com/manage to retrieve your order using your email address and order details
- Step 4 — Contact us: If you still can't locate your tickets, email us at denverhelp@magicofthejackolanterns.com with your name and the email address used at checkout — we'll help you track down your order
