Can I Change the Date or Time of My Tickets?

Unfortunately, ticket dates and times cannot be changed — all sales are final and no rescheduling is available for any reason.

We know plans can change, so we encourage guests to choose their date and time carefully when purchasing. Here's what to keep in mind:

• No date changes: Tickets are fixed to the date selected at purchase and cannot be moved
• No time changes: Your timed-entry window is set at purchase and cannot be modified
• Rain or shine: The event runs in all weather — if it's raining on your date, the experience continues as planned
• Consider a Flex/Anytime Ticket: If you anticipate schedule uncertainty, the Flex/Anytime Ticket (starting at $39.99) allows you to arrive at any time on your chosen date — though the date itself still cannot be changed
