I Did Not Receive My Ticket Confirmation Email

Check your spam folder first — if your confirmation isn't there, look up your order at zentix.com/manage or email lahelp@magicofthejackolanterns.com.

Don't worry — if you completed your purchase, your order is saved and your tickets are secure even if the confirmation email hasn't arrived yet.

Here's what to do:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder. Confirmation emails sometimes end up there — search for "Magic of the Jack O'Lanterns" or "magicofthejackolanterns.com".
  2. Look up your order directly. Visit zentix.com/manage to find and access your tickets using your email address and order details.
  3. Still can't find it? Email us at lahelp@magicofthejackolanterns.com and we'll help locate your order and resend your confirmation.
