All Magic of the Jack O'Lanterns LA ticket sales are final — no refunds, exchanges, or rain checks. Rescheduling to a different date or time is allowed, subject to availability, via the self-service portal or zentix.com/manage.
All ticket sales for Magic of the Jack O'Lanterns LA are final — no refunds, exchanges, or rain checks are available under any circumstances.
Magic of the Jack O'Lanterns LA is a rain or shine event. The experience takes place outdoors and will proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions. We recommend dressing for the weather and coming prepared!
Here's what to keep in mind:
- No refunds: Ticket purchases cannot be refunded for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or change of plans.
- No rain checks: If you choose not to attend due to weather, no compensation or credit is provided.
- Rescheduling IS available: subject to availability, you can move your tickets to a different date or time using the self-service portal in your confirmation email or at zentix.com/manage. Tickets cannot be rescheduled after the final night of the season on November 1, 2026.
