Can I Change the Date or Time of My Tickets?
Ticket dates and times cannot be changed — all sales are final and the event operates rain or shine with no rescheduling.

Magic of the Jack O'Lanterns LA is a rain or shine event that operates on a fixed schedule, and we are unable to accommodate date or time changes on existing orders.
To make sure you choose the right night from the start:
- Double-check your calendar before purchasing — pick a night you're confident about.
- If you want flexibility on arrival time, consider a Flex / Anytime Ticket, which allows you to enter any time on your chosen date without a specific time window.
- Check the weather forecast for your area — the event runs rain or shine, so come prepared!
