What If I Lost an Item During My Visit?
Notify a staff member during your visit if you lose an item — Mall of America guest services can also help after you leave.
If you lost an item during your visit, notify a staff member right away — they'll do their best to help locate it.
Please don't stop or turn around inside the experience to search for a dropped item; let staff know and continue on. Since Magic of Halloween is located inside Mall of America, items found after your visit may also be held with Mall of America guest services. We recommend leaving valuables secured or at home.
