What Is the Refund Policy?

All Magic of Halloween ticket sales are final — no refunds under any circumstances.

Because Magic of Halloween is a fully indoor experience at Mall of America, it operates regardless of outside weather. Your ticket is valid only for the date on your confirmation.

Subject to availability, tickets may be rescheduled after purchase through the self-service portal linked in your confirmation email, or by managing your order at zentix.com/manage. Tickets cannot be rescheduled to a future event after the final date of the 2026 season, November 1, 2026 — any unused tickets expire on that date, with no refund.
