Can I Cancel My Tickets?

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds. However, you can reschedule your tickets to a different date or time during the same event, subject to availability. You cannot reschedule to a future event.

To reschedule, look for the "Manage My Order" button in your ticket confirmation email and follow the prompts. Note that there may be a price increase when selecting certain dates and time slots, and you will be required to pay the difference if applicable.

If you're unable to make your date, you may be able to reschedule to a different available date or time at zentix.com/manage. Rescheduling is subject to availability, a price difference may apply for higher-demand dates, and tickets cannot be rescheduled to a future season or event.
