Do You Offer Refunds or Exchanges?
All sales are final — refunds are not available.
We do not offer refunds, as all ticket sales are final. If you would like more information or have a special circumstance you would like to discuss, please reach out to our customer service team at help@nashvillenightmare.com or fill out the contact form on our website, and we will do our best to assist you.
To change your date or time, please use the reschedule option found in your confirmation email.
If you're unable to make your date, you may be able to reschedule to a different available date or time at zentix.com/manage. Rescheduling is subject to availability, a price difference may apply for higher-demand dates, and tickets cannot be rescheduled to a future season or event.
