Can I Change the Date or Time of My Tickets?
Yes — you can reschedule your New Orleans Nightmare tickets to a different date and time using the self-service link in your confirmation email.
Yes — you can reschedule your New Orleans Nightmare tickets to a different available date and time using the self-service link in your order confirmation email.
Here is how to change your ticket date or time:
- Step 1: Find your original order confirmation email in your inbox (check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find it).
- Step 2: Click the self-service reschedule link included in the confirmation email.
- Step 3: Choose a new available date and time and confirm the change.
Alternatively, you can look up your order at neworleansnightmare.com/manage/ using the email address you used when purchasing.
Important notes:
- Rescheduling is available at no additional charge for moves to same-priced dates. If you reschedule to a date with a higher ticket price, a price difference may be charged.
- All sales are final — rescheduling is available, but refunds are not.
- Presale vouchers are only valid for standard nights (September 20 through November 8, 2025) and cannot be rescheduled to special event nights.

To reschedule, visit zentix.com/manage, log in with the email used at purchase, and select your order to choose a new date or time. Rescheduling is subject to availability — if you move to a higher-priced date or time slot you'll be charged the difference. Tickets cannot be rescheduled to a future season or event.
