Here is what you need to know about our ticket policy:
- No refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including changes in plans, illness, or weather.
- No exchanges: Ticket types cannot be swapped after purchase (e.g., GA to Fast Pass). However, upgrades may be available — contact us for details.
- Rescheduling: You can move your tickets to a different available date and time using the self-service reschedule link in your order confirmation email. This is available at no additional cost (though if you move to a higher-priced date, a price difference may apply).
- Secret bar add-ons (21+): Shot in the Dark and Beetle Bar add-ons are non-refundable.

If you're unable to make your date, you may be able to reschedule to a different available date or time at zentix.com/manage. Rescheduling is subject to availability, a price difference may apply for higher-demand dates, and tickets cannot be rescheduled to a future season or event.
