What Can I Do if I'm Running Late?
Use the "Reschedule Your Visit" button in your confirmation email to move to a later time or date, subject to availability.
If you're running late, you can reschedule to a later time or another date right from your confirmation email.
Click the orange "Reschedule Your Visit" button and follow the prompts to choose a new slot, subject to availability.
If you select a more expensive date or time, you'll be prompted to pay the difference before the change is complete.
