- Do you accept cash? — We are a cashless event. Cash is not accepted at the venue. All on-site purchases should be made with a credit or debit card. Online ticket purchases are also card-only.

- Can we take photos/videos inside? — Yes! You are welcome to take photos throughout your experience except within the Santa Clause photo experience. You are able to add this onto your ticket order.
